Managing Director – Stuart Small
Stuart took over as MD of Stevens Rowsell in October 2002 after the founding owner retired.
He has an honours degree in Building Surveying and over 13 years experience in management and sales.
Stuart’s energetic and professional approach to the organisation and administration of Stevens Rowsell regularly attracts praise from visitors to the company and compliments his philosophy of customer focus and continual improvement.
His dedication towards staff development and humanistic management style has shaped a dynamic happy team, emanating togetherness and brimming with pride in what they do.

Engineering & Purchasing Manager – Hugh Ross MEng
Hugh has been with Stevens Rowsell since 1996 and heads up the Engineering, Design and Production operations.
He has a Masters degree in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering, and draws upon over 19 years of technical experience within sheet metal organisations.

Production Manager – Wayne Dawson
Wayne is the longest serving member of Stevens Rowsell, having been with the Company for over 27 years.
Wayne has gained vast experience through working in every area of the factory. He is now the Manager and is responsible for production planning, product quality, on-time customer deliveries and stock management. He has recently introduced lean manufacturing techniques to the factory as part of a continual improvement programme.
