We operate from a highly organised and well equipped 20,000 sq. ft. premises in South East England, offering an extensive range of production capacity in various aspects of sheet metal manufacturing.
We predominantly focus on the batch production of general and fine limit sheet metal components but also have a scope of involvement ranging from initial prototype through to contract production. The factory and plant layout we have here has been designed according to lean manufacturing ideology giving us an efficient, effective and well run operation.
Here at Stevens Rowsell we manage an ongoing investment plan not only in the latest machinery and technology but in the training and development of our staff.
The company regularly invests in apprentices and works in close association with local colleges to support their training. The skills held within the current workforce are passed on through a planned training programme; this enables us to provide essential practical training and knowledge alongside the college programme.
