We predominantly focus on the batch production of general and fine limit sheet metal components and have a scope of involvement ranging from initial prototype through to contract production. The factory and plant layout we have here has been designed according to lean manufacturing ideology giving us an efficient, effective and well run operation where throughput and quality are monitored constantly and where customer service is driven through high levels of communication and consistent on time delivery.

We continually invest in the latest technology and currently have one of the UK’s largest fully automated laser cells providing us with the manufacturing capability and capacity to give our customers short lead times and excellent on time delivery service.We operate a Quality Management System in accordance to the requirements of BS ISO 9001: 2000 and are annually audited by the British Standards Institute. Our Quality Department use the latest sheet metal inspection and measuring equipment to ensure we manufacture consistent product conformity and our commitment to quality is the hallmark of our service.Our philosophy of complete customer satisfaction comes from our culture for continual improvement through ongoing investment in the training & development of our staff, recurrent investment in the latest information systems, cadcam software and new machine technology, and through the operation of documented process control and lean manufacturing ideology.
